Mindful Dance

Dance has proven itself as a great way to engage different aspects of our being. It provides the opportunity to focus and at the same time to let go.
This program starts with a short meditation. Improvised dance is inspired by relaxing music and imaginative cues.
The class involves interacting with others in a respectful and sweet way. This program is suitable for beginners as well as experienced dancers who can adapt the exercises to accommodate different ranges of movement.
